What’s included in the pricing?
Our pricing includes a dashboard for school administrators and staff, a smartphone app for iOS and Android for parents, and free customer support.
Parent App
Our parent application is a one-stop shop for your parents. They will be able to control dismissal changes, receive parent notifications, and announce themselves in a car or walker line.
Bus Pick Up
The students that utilize a bus service to get home are logged into a driver version of the app letting the parents know when the student has been picked up and when they have been dropped off.

How does SchoolsOut ensure accountability?
Schools can download reports that show all dismissal information including who picked up the child, the time of dismissal, and the mode of pickup. We have many different types of reports and all schools can use them.

My school has different pick up modes like carlines, walkers, bus pickup etc. Can SchoolsOut handle this?
SchoolsOut is built to handle multiple carlines, walkers, and bus pickups. If you add any other pickup method in the future, it can be added on the fly.

My school has a lot of after-school programs. Can SchoolsOut handle this?
SchoolsOut can easily handle charter/private schools, after-school programs, YMCAs, JCCs, Summer camps, and childcare services.

Is there a way we can notify parents about updates, emergencies or weather changes?
Yes. With the Messenger feature (included in your school dashboard) you can send out notifications to all parents. These are real-time push notifications with no cost! Our system also provides the school with a News Feed; here schools post longer updates about upcoming school changes, events, or Newsletters. Again, this is completely free and the parents have access to this within their App.
