How do I use this platform?
SchoolsOut can be used when your school authorities implement it. You can ask your school authorities and we can help with online demo, configuration, and training of staff. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team by clicking on the “Chat” button at the bottom right of our homepage.

Do I need a smartphone to use this app?
SchoolsOut uses your smartphone’s features to provide you with a seamless dismissal experience. So, you do need your smartphone with our App installed to be able to use it.

Will SchoolsOut track me or my child?
Absolutely not. We never store or track your child. We use GPS services of your phone to detect if a carr reaches a carline and that’s it.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We ensure safety of everyone. The passwords are not even known to our staff. Every communication is end to end encrypted. We never sell any personal information to third parties.

What happens if my phone is stolen?
Contact us immediately at info@the-algo.com and we will disable your account on priority. Also, contact your school and let them know.

How much does SchoolsOut cost?
SchoolsOut is completely free for parents. You can download our app from App Store or Google Play.

We use carpooling. Can SchoolsOut still work?
Yes, it does. With SchoolsOut, you can assign your family member or friend who can pick up your kids, and boom! it works.
